"When a Vaidya follows a disease he destroys prana, when a Vaidya follows prana he destroys the disease"
*Offering Zoom and phone consultations
I offer a free 15 minute check-in prior to scheduling a consultation so you can can know what to expect
What are your main concerns?
In an initial consultation, we will discuss the areas of life you would like to focus. You are asked questions about your lifestyle, diet, emotions, relationships, as well as any physical concerns.
Your tailored protocol may include pranayama, diet/nutrition, herbal recommendations, yoga postures, and lifestyle suggestions that best fit you to bring you back to balance.
As part of your consultation, yoga postures and/or pranayama may be recommended.
What to expect?
Based on our initial consultation, we will examine the right pranayama and asana for you to fit into your personal schedule and desired goals. Our bodies are at different places in our development and needs, so an Ayurvedic yoga protocol will also incorporate diet, lifestyle, and herbs (if need be).
As you begin to evolve, we will re-evaluate your regimen and continue to tailor that which works for you.
Jyotish, Vedic Astrology, is helpful as a guide on our journey. The planets are called grahas meaning "to grasp" as they influence our lives and create obstacles or support along the way.
Beverly utilizes Jyotish as a tool for gaining a deeper insight into where you are at in your life, what afflictions may be distributing flow, and what attributes you have in reaching your full purpose.
If you are interested in incorporating your birth chart into your initial consultation, please include time, date, location of birth. Jyotish, Vedic Astrology, is helpful as a guide on our journey.
*disclaimer: Beverly has studied Jyotish with qualified teachers but does not claim to be an astrologer. A birth chart is only used if the client is interested in knowing simple aspects of the chart as a tool for guidance.
Looking forward to meeting with you!
